A great suggestion!  Not just for weekends, but how about a user who
would like to run that big SAS job which reads a tape.  User might want
to try it if the tape can be mounted in the next 5 minutes, but if not
that user might want to just go to lunch.

Now I know what you guys are thinking, "User can just HX and cancel the
mount".  Well... I know I'm at the only institution where teaching a
user to LOGON is a chore and teaching them to XEdit is to prefer the
plague; however, they take to VMTAPE MOUNT right off.  I don't wanna
confuse 'em with those other commands.  :-)
