You'll need to pull out the VMBATCH 3.x documentation on the VMBATCH RJE
facility -- changes to enable it in the VMBATCH CONFIG file and
possible/probably some simple user exits.  You'l also probably need to
use the VMBATCH primitives to get submitter id/node for punching the
files back to the MVS side.
