Jim offers a version for free that does everything.  30 day trial then

The price for site license begins as follows;
10-19 Users $150 ea (Users means concurrent use)
20-29 Users $125 ea
30-50 Users $100 ea
Enterprise License $5,000
Yes, it does work with NTFS partitions, there are additional procedures
to follow as far as workstation cloning.
