Win 95 (the CD) comes with what is called the system policy editor. This
allows you to set the policy for each and every login as to what they can
see and do. It is really cool and will run off of NetWare. The doc's for
this is with the Win 95 Resource guide. You can be so nasty as to take away
the explorer, run, DOS keep them out of the control panel and allow them to
only run the apps you have listed in the menu off of the start button.

The Resource guide will be an excellent investment if you decide to go this way.
