Thank all of you who wrote back about my question, outside group charges
for facilities.  I appreciate you input into this.

I received replies from 6 people.

The apparent trend is to charge for 1/2 or 1 full day.  Use of paper, toner,
etc. is charged at $1 per seat.  The charges for the room itself were as
follow:

$150 per hour / $500 per day                    1 response

$175 per 1/2 day  / $350 for a full day         1 response

$100 per session regardless of session length   1 response

$5/person for 1/2 day, $10/person for full day  1 response

Some also had business office billing fees, charges for student assistants
and staff.
