We provide remote access to the library catalog, some databases, and telnet,
FTP, and e-mail. As for productivity tools and computer based education
programs, the answer is no, at least for now. The biggest problem with
allowing remote access for these programs is the licensing issue. Most
companies now provide student discounts on software and we encourage them to
buy their own if they want to use it at home.
