I am having problems with Fileguard Remote 3.0.1. Students are unable to
rename floppy disks that have come preformatted.  The only time they can be
named is when they are formatted.  Does anyone know if I missed a setting
that takes care of that?

Also, I'm having another problem.  It seems to be  a combination of Netscape
and Fileguard.  It seems to run okay until someone wants to choose "Open File"
from the File menu in Netscape.  Netscape 1.1N, 2.0, and 2.02 all
abnormally end.  If I remove Fileguard Remote 3.0.1 and
install Fileguard 2.9.5, it works fine.  However, I am running system
7.5.3 and from what I understand and my own experience, 2.9.5 is not
compatible with system 7.5.3.  This netscape problem is a big one for me
and I have now COMPLETELY REMOVED fileguard from one lab because
instructors need to be able to use the "Open File" part of netscape while
using the computers.  I have tried to narrow down what the problem might be
by disabling virtual memory, extensions, etc... and have had no success.

Has anyone else seen any problems like this with Fileguard Remote?
