Dear LIBRES Subscribers, As you might know, LIBRES began with the goal of eventually becoming a peer-reviewed scholarly electronic journal. During the Summer 1993, we will be re-organizing LIBRES. In addition to a peer-reviewed scholarly section, LIBRES will have a section for applications and essays; News, Discussion and Reviews and very likely a pre-print publications section. LIBRES will not publish regular issues from June-August 1993. Throughout the summer as LIBRES is re-organized calls for staff section editors, associate and consulting editors and reviewers primarily will be distributed to the LIBRES LIBRES will resume regular publication in September, 1993 as a peer-reviewed scholarly e-journal.
