Anyone know of OMR software that can be used with forms scanned
on a fax machine?  i'd like to score a very few tests (a few
per day) and don't want to invest much in a "heavy duty" OMR machine.

I'd guess that a scan done on a fax machine should be good enough
if there were OMR (or perhaps OCR) software that could convert the
image into score data.
