If it is based on amount >of time required, what is the rated throughput of your scanner? At Concordia University we do not charge _anything_ for scanning computer graded exam sheets. The cost of the entire process, from scanner sheets to printed exam results and analysis is covered by Computing Services. We also do a little scanning for research questionnaires, but we don't like to do this, so we don't widely advertise it. When we do it we charge by box of scanner sheets. For a box of 500 we charge $60.00. In these cases we just scan the sheets and pass back a DOS file on diskette. Craig Buchanan Concordia University Montreal, Canada
