Dear Sir/Madame,
       I have recently undertaken a large project related to stress in
       our work place.  The exercise involves:-  (i) Identifying
       stress in the workplace and it’s sources. (ii) doing a risk
       assessment  (iii) implementing controls to reduce or eliminate
       stress.

      I am searching for Checklists which I can be used during this
      work to help identify the sources of stress.   If you can help
      in any way it will be greatly appreciated.
