Re: AP PHYSICS TEST

There are 2 physics exams. In any case, ETS (I think it is) has a
booklet with the entire syllabus with % breakdown for each topic for each
exam.

They also sell old exams with answers--1984 & 1988 come to mind. Let
those exams serve as models for you to concentrate on.

I hope that this is a general question and not specific to this year; the
exam is quite soon!!!

In the absence of appropriate material for review do several mid-level
difficulty problems from the end of the chapters [C exam] motion in one
dimension all the way through SHM, including oscillations of a physical
pendulum. Include simple calculus solutions for c.m. and moment of inertia.

Remember that the free response problems are 15 minutes each and
therefore the solutions are cross chapter rather than complicated.

The B exam poses a huge problem due to the size of the syllabus. Simple
problems related to energy conservation in electric circuits, the carnot
cycle, interference of light, and relativity must be included. Good luck
on that-- its a monstrous undertaking.
