Joe, The CD-Rom Toolkit comes with both platforms on the disk.  I use the
IBM vesion at home and the MAc version at school.  The IBM version is much
nicer and (I believe) easier to use!  Interactive Physics by Knowledge
Revolution is coming out with a DOS version this fall.  As I've said before
I do not care for Wings software - it is not very user friendly!  Physics
Academic Software has several excellent IBM programs (em fields, electric
field hockey, and objects in motion are my favorites).  This summer at the
PCEP institute we conducted a survey of many types of IBM and MAC
interfacing equipment.  The only material that was excellent was Vernier's
ULI and the assorted probes.  The great news for us DOS users is that the
ULI equipment is now available for the IBM; however, Vernier is not
advertising the software.  You have to call and ask him specifically for the
IBM ULI software(don't get this confused with the MPLI equipment listed in
the catalog).  Dan and I were both at the institute and hope to be givingan
interfacing workshop in the near future.  Hope this helped(I'm not sure I
