We are thinking of a complete switch to a block schedule where all classes
will be 90 minutes in length.  High Schools now doing this are Wells, Maine;
Parkland HS in Winston-Salem,NC; Ashboro HS, Ashboro, NC; Wasem HS, Coloraado
Springs, CO; Travis HS, Austin, TX.
I have heard some of the leaders of these schools talk. They all seem to
like it. They cover one year of physics is one semester with these long
periods. I would love to hear from others who have tried it.
