Thanks for the reply.
I am sure you like the longer periods for labs.
Don't you lose part of the advantage of a block schedule by meeting every
other day?  I thought part of the advantage of the block schedule was that
a student would only take 4 classes at anyone time?  How many classes do
your students take?
