you don't ftp to physhare, you send a note to listserv@psuvm.psu.edu
with no subject and "get physhare filelist" as the body.  this gets
the filelist.  to get a file, use the same method, but instead of
"physhare filelist", put the name of the file.   oh, don't use quotes
in the body of the note - they were just for clarity.
