	Dear reader,

	In order to make a survey, we (at the Department of Physics Education,
	Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands) are currently
	gathering information about Physics Education in various countries in
	Europe, especially in the upper classes of pre-university education.
	For this, we have put together a questionnaire based on the Educational
	Model of De Corte.

	We have already sent out around 60 questionnaires through regular mail,
	but until now, only 25% of them have been filled in and returned to us,
	which is not enough. We are of course trying to get more. One possibil-
	ity that we thought of is sending a mail to this newsgroup and ask if
	there are people out there who can help us. We are looking for:

	- physics-teaching methodologists concerned with pre-university
 	  education;
	- trainers of physics teachers in pre-university education;
	- physics teachers in pre-university education.

	in any European country.

	If you are willing to fill in the questionnaire, mail us at:
	omer@surf.phys.tue.nl
	and we will fax you the questionnaire which you can fill in and fax back
	to us (Not regular mail because of limited time).

	Any help is appreciated.
	Also, if anyone has useful e-mail addresses: let us know!

	Those who participate, will be informed about the findings of our
	research.

	Thanks in advance,

	Ir. Omer F. Tekcan & Claudia Pasquero
