So - with the AP exam over, the weather nice, and the instructor burned out
what to do? After reading Neil F. Comins "What If The Moon Didn't Exist?" I
decided (1) not to tell the class about it and (2) divided the class up into 8
teams and gave each group one of the scenarios to research and come up with at
least 7 different effects. They can use class time for library research and
internet use. They then have to present their findings, backed up by citations,
to the class during finals week. First time with this assignment so we will see
how it goes.
