Harold,
My address file has:
Charles E. Merrill Publishing Company
A Bell and Howell Company
1300 Alum Creek Drive
Columbus, Ohio 43216
Phone 614-258-8411
But I can't say how old this address is. These days publishers play the
merger game, and the 'change cities' game so fast I can't keep up. In
such cases, phoning the old number will often yield up a newer one. Let
me know if you find the correct one, so I can update my address file.
