Hi, Ken Altschuler published an article in the PT in 1989 describing a human hover craft about 3ft in diam powered by a leaf blower or a shop vac. I heard that it is possible to make a hover craft with a motor powered by 12V DC. One was 'flying around' at Houston NSTA this spring. I can't find any references for this design. Does anyone know anyone who saw the demo and can give references to these clever folks who levitate on such low voltage.?
