Dear List Members,

In response to some recent postings, I'd like to re-mind the list of section 7
from the PSYCGRAD Mission Statement:

<begin snip from PSYCGRAD Mission Statement>

7. Please keep in mind and respect that PSYCGRAD is not a general
psychology discussion list. Therefore, it is requested that you respect that
psychology graduate students have a right to have a network where they are
assured that they are only communicating with students studying psychology
topics at the graduate level.

<end snip from PSYCGRAD Mission Statement>

Section 7 of the PSYCGRAD Mission Statement was created to maintain the
integrity of the PSYCGRAD list. If someone wishes to post to the
PSYCGRAD list and is not currently a psychology graduate student, that
individual may contact the PSYCGRAD Director with the request (send
e-mail to jwashbur@wppost.depaul.edu). It is the discretion of the
PSYCGRAD Director and/ or the PSYCGRAD Owner/ Founder, Matthew
Simpson, to forward the requested post to the PSYCGRAD list.

If anyone has questions or comments concerning this policy, please feel free
to e-mail me directly.

Enjoy the list!

Jason Washburn
PSYCGRAD Director
