I haven't read the drafts yet, either, but I think it will be shortly necessary. Dropping ISO 9002 is no big deal, but how they interpret 'continuous improvmeent' will be. I know of one firm that is successfully registered and maintained, yet can't seem to correctively act on their problems permanently, much less preventively act on them. True continuous improvmeent is not the same thing, gang. to really do it, you have to change your head. How to fit into an ISO head? Something for us to work on.
