Hi I am the Service Manager of a small company. We are considering ISO 9000 but are concerned one of our main assets - flexibility will disappear. Other concerns include the cost in time to attain and maintain ISO approval. Does anybody know of a consultancy company operating in the UK which could assist us to painlessley attain and maintain ISO status?
