Some time about a month or so ago, a posting to (I believe) this news
group was concerned with getting line workers to do the job properly.  A

bit frustrated, they were.

A very concise, clear response listed 6 +/- 2 quesitons to ask, suich as

"do the workers know the task they are supposed to do?"  It was a
wonderfull response, and I saved it knowing I would need it.  Alas, my
filing system is insufficient, and I can't find it now.

If someone recalls sneding, or saving, that response, could you please
send it to me, at the email address below.  I really need it, and will
hapily credit the original author wherever it gets into print.
