Dear TQM experts, et al. Would someone please give me a lead on psychology/social science/marketing research that has been done on assessing how respondents PERCEIVE questions on questionnairs (eg., customer satisfaction surveys)? ie., what influences whether respondent will/will not answer question and the how researcher determines the truthfullness of respondent's answer? Also, does anyone know of a NG dedicated to such a topic: psyc., social research, surveys, etc. Thanks in advance for your help. Charles ctdavies38@hotmail.com
