We are changing our supplier management system as
part of our implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning.

The software allows us to evaluate suppliers by both
objective and subjective measures. In addition, we
can weight these measures to arrive at a top level
evaluation

Imagine a tree that looks like this (indents matter).

Overall
   Objective Weight
      Obj Crit. #1 Weight
      Obj Crit #2 Weight
      Obj Crit #3 Weight
   Subjective Weight
      Sub Crit #1 Weight
      Sub Crit #2 Weight
      Sub Crit #3 Weight

If you had three objective criteria and three subjective criteria (the
system doesn't limit us to that) what would you use and how would you
weight them?
