Well, I have a few questions ... are these women who are harassing you or
men harassing you?  From the look of your name, Dean seems to be a male
name so if men are harassing you I could see where there would be a problem.
If it's women, then there still would be a problem because it can get
annoying.  I haven't been "harassed" by any of those users, and I think
that banning them ALL from relay would be wrong, because some of them,
I'm sure, are not doing it.  I think if it were something bugging you at
the time they are on, that you could just ask an Op to shut them up, or
use /IGNORE and better yet, use XYZZY because that way you can not only
ignore them on relay, but they cannot send to you either.  So, in conclusion,
I think it would be wrong to kill their node from relay.

p.s.  and that's only because I personally have not been bothered ... but
      then again I am a COMM major taking a class about Freedom of Speech,
      sooooooooooo ...
