One of the more active publishers of texts on rhetoric and composition
has been Southern Illinois UP. Jasper Neel's _Plato, Derrida, and
Writing_ (1989) won the Mina Shaugnessy award, and Susan Jarrett's
_Rereading the Sophists_ (1991), was a runner-up for the same. Also,
U of Alabama P published Ronna Burger's _Plato's Phaedrus: A Defense
of the Philosophic Art of Writing_ (1980). And don't forget Erlbaum.
