Here's my list of heart attack/sudden death plot hingings....

Weekend at Bernie's (also the unfortunate sequel of the same name + II)
The Trouble with Harry
National Lampoon's Vacation
Don't tell mom the babysitter's dead
Dreamscape

And a list from the IMDB...in a plot summary search...(none of which I have
seen...)
Cold River (1982)
Dementia 13 (1963)
An Empty Bed (1990)
Fatso (1980)
Heart Condition (1990)
Le Jaguar (1996)
Maigret et l'affaire Saint-Fiacre (1959)
Murder at the Gallop (1963)
Nackte und der Satan, Die (1959)
Now, Voyager (1942)
Ososhiki (1985)
Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone, The (1961)
Secret Six, The (1931)
Sixth Man, The (1997)
Widow's Kiss (1994)
Ambulance, The (1990)
Cause for Alarm (1951)
Double vie de Véronique, La (1991)
Massaggiatrici, Le (1963)
Nurse, The (1996)
Xiatian de Xue (1994)
Tommy Boy (1995)

Of course, some of these use collapse or heart attack as a plot device to
begin a mystery/detective story. Others deal with non-fatal heart attacks.

Hope this list helps...
