To all printer experts:
Greetings! I am working on attaching a 3812 page printer to an
IBM 4381 (CMS) mainframe using an IBM PC model 30 as a controller.
The Model 30 is using Personal Communications 3270 software. Currently,
the mainframe sees the printer now as an RSCSV2 printer; documents print and
everything seems fine. The problem arises when we try to change the characters
per inch from 10 to 12, 14, or 15. We are on a tight schedule. If there is
anyone out there that knows how to change the CPI by using script or by using
any other means please send a mail message to the list. Someone else may be
going through something similar. Thanks in advance.
