Hello to everybody at this list.

I have a problem about printing mathematical symbols with a
Postscript laser printer.

I am using IBM DCF 4.0 in VM environment, with the Mathematical
Formula Formatter (MFF). I have no problems in printing the 'base'
mathematical symbols, but I am not able to print the 'extended'
symbols, such as 'ctimes' or 'gerank'.

From the 'DSMFPROF SCRIPT' file, I can see that to print these
extended mathematical symbols I need a special font named
'Lucida Math Symbol'. This font is defined in the CMS file
'PSCPLMS FONTPS', I have accessed the minidisk where this file
is located, and so I don't have any problems in scripting my
MFF files (no error with this font).

But when I receive the output file on my Pc and try to print it,
I get 'blanks' printed instead of the extended mathematical symbols.
By the way, the printer is an 'OPTRA R' by Lexmark (equivalent
to IBM 4049) with PostScript Level 2 emulation.
I suppose I should have to download in some way the 'Lucida Math
Symbol' font to my printer, but I don't know how to do it, or
even where to find or buy (?) this kind of font.

Is there anybody around who has already solved a problem like this ?
