The current Simula standard (from 86) is available as a Swedish
Standard document: SS 63 61 14, published in 1987, ISBN: 91-7162-234-9.
It should be possible to obtain this book via your national
standardization body. (Or contact one of the vendors, e.g. Lund
Software).

There are a couple of new text books on Simula:

An Introduction to Programming in SIMULA. By R J Pooley. Blackwell,
   1987. ISBN: 0-632-01422-9

Object-oriented programming with Simula. By Bjorn Kirkerud.
   Addison-Wesley, 1989. ISBN: 0 201 17574 6

There are also textbooks in Swedish (and I would think in Norwegian
too, although I'm not familiar with them), e.g. "Objektorienterad
programmering och Simula" by Per Holm, 1991. (Contact him at
Per.Holm@dna.lth.se)

There is of course also the old "Simula begin" textbook - I have no idea if
it is still available:

Simula begin. By G. M. Birtwistle, O.-J. Dahl, B. Myhrhaug, and K. Nygaard.
Second edition, 1979, Van Nostrand Reinhold (or Studentlitteratur, Lund, Sweden).
   ISBN/Van Nostrand Reinhold 0-442-80340-0
   ISBN/Studentlitteratur 91-44-06212-5

The following new book covers various aspects of object-oriented
environments for languages like Simula and BETA. It contains several
chapters on aspects of Simula (an overview of the language,
implementation issues like its runtime system, interactive environments
etc.):

Object-oriented environments: the Mjolner approach. Eds: J. L.
Knudsen, M. Lofgren, O. L. Madsen, and B. Magnusson. Prentice Hall.
   The object-oriented series. 1993. ISBN: 0-13-009291-6.

There is also an interesting article by Nygaard and Dahl on the history
of the Simula languages, published in:

History of Programming Languages. Ed: R. W. Wexelblat. Addison-Wesley, 1981.

Hope this helps!
