There is also a free version of Simula. You can get it with anonymous ftp from
the University of Oslo, Norway:

Internet adress:      ifi.uio.no       (might be  ftp.ifi.uio.no)
Directory:            /pub/cim

There is no version for DOS, but there are versions for PC's running 
UNIX (linux,++), OS/2 or Windows NT.

Versions for many UNIX workstations exist.

The cim version translates the Simula code into C so you need a C compiler
as well. There are probably several limitations, but if you can manage 
without an absolute full implementation of Simula it is OK.
