Dear SIMULA users,

I am using the Unix version of the "cim" compiler, the simula
compiler based on c. I received this compiler by means of ftp from a
host in the Netherlands. The compiler works satisfactory, but I have
the folowing questions:

a) I need some information about the copyrights and commercial
availability of "cim". Does anybody know something about this ?

b) Are there any manuals for "cim", or books that can help both
novice and experienced programmers to use this simula compiler ?
Does anyone has experience with the book "Kirkerud, Object-oriented
programming with SIMULA, Addison Wesley 1989", cited in "cim"
documentation?

c) I am interested in a debugging tool. Does such a tool consist for
the cim-compiler, and where can I get it?

I hope there is anybody out there who can help me with this. Any
help on (some of) these question is greatly appreciated.
