This information comes from Zephyrus.
The new Ku bird is Telstar 5.  It went on the air about 6 weeks ago.

The T5 center frequency is 12185MHz and the subcarrier is 1.065 MHz.  A
mere
 crystal  change to the 1.065 subcarrier won't work. The receiver has to
be
 modified for the 9600 signal.
