  With all this talk about the ARRL-NWS Memorandum of Understanding, I
thought I'd let everyone know that I happen to have a copy of it in both
text and HTML form, if anyone wishes to see what all the hubbub is about.

  Typed it up while researching it.  I noted that there were no copies of it
on the net when searching for it; so I figured I'd change that.  :)
  Its there in our root directory but I have no pointers to it at this time
because our situation doesn't really fall into it.

  But in the event there are places which do, you ARE welcome to copy it to,
and use it at, your own site if you wish.  It is not my work to Copyright.
I simply retranscribed it from a copy requested from and obtained from the
American Radio Relay League.  It is in the Public Domain. Copyrights do not
apply.  Have at it.

  I sent same copies to ARRL for use at thier own web site (since they
did not already have copies up for some reason), but they didn't seem
interested in it at the time.  (Go figure.)  Whether they did use it later I
don't know.

  I'd have sent it in here but its a little long, probably too long, and
some probably wouldn't appreciate it in thier mailboxes if they weren't
interested in it; which...I can understand, myself.
