Moderate risk and PDS for NTX today. I just talked to Al Moller of the FTW NWSFO and received the following briefing. Surface low forecast to be west of DFW today, deepening during the day, with a speed max approaching, and 4000 j/kg of CAPE. Didn't get forecast SRH. Al expects supercells and possible tornadoes this afternoon in NTX. SPC upgraded the risk to moderate. I didn't chase yesterday, but will today, assuming I can leave work early. If not, I'll chase after 5 PM.
