Ken Hardy sent me the following note re: FedWorld.

I tried it a couple days ago, but the info for new users was
non-existent. I have been exchanging e-mail with the manager of the
project (Bob Bunge) and he is now convinced that there is a problem  and
he is working to resolve it.  If you use it before it's "fixed" just type

"NEW" when it asks for your user id. There are a limited number of "free"

public logons allowed so if you want to use it regularly, you got to pay
cash.
