Help w/ESDI jumper settings

Hello all,
   I am hoping that someone out there in netland can help me out with some
jumper settings.  Specifically, I have a Microscience 105Mb ESDI hard disk,
model #5100-00.  I have an UltraStor 12F ESDI controller.  I have the docs
for the controller, but not for the drive, I am trying to set the jumpers
on the drive so that it is drive 2.  I have an IDE that is drive 1.
The jumper block has 7 pairs and 2 connectors.  There are no markings, but
I do know that some combination of settings is supposed to make the drive
be the second hard disk.   Any help that you can give is appreciated!
