I am looking for a tex macro which generates a \tilde under a 
variable/letter in math mode.  For instance, I would like 
$\undertilde{v}$ to be the letter "v" with a tilde accent underneath
it.  If anyone has such a macro, I would be very grateful if you 
sent it my way (by private email).  With luck, I'll post the results.
