After salvaging my hard drive, I've managed to get Word 6.0 for Windows
running again, and everything seems fine, except that it won't let me
save or open anything in Word 6.0 format. I can import other documents
and export them too, but just can't work with regular 6.0 files. When
I try to open them, it says they're in use by another program. When I
try to write them, it says the disk is locked. Is there a simple solution
to this problem, or am I going to have to re-install from scratch all
over again?
