Dear friends

            I have installed Word Perfect version 6 in my PC. It was working
            pretty good. Last week, I got a message having started WP, let's
            say the initialization problem, I was unable to use it again.

            I have tried several times to re-install it.  The installation
            has fully been completed but I got the following message:

            Cannot find SHWINB20.DLL
                                        enter
            cannot find SHWIN20.DLL
                                        enter key again
            cannot find c:\wpwin60\wpwin60.exe (or one of its components)
            check to ensure that thye path and filename are   correct and
            that all required libraries are available.

            Is there someone out who can help me in this regard?

Make sure WPC20 is in your search path.

If WPC20 is in your search path, use regedit /v to review *all* OLE
registration settings for WordPerfect (there are lots of them!).

Before you try reinstalling yet again (should you decide that's
necessary), go to your local software store and plunk down the $40 or
$50 for a good uninstaller so you can be sure all of WordPerfect gets
removed.  It has more tentacles than an octopus family reunion!
