Does anyone know of a program that will read the info about an HP soft font and insert the info into an ALL or PRS file? There are several utilities that will give character widths, point size, cell height and width, and load strings. But they must be added using the PTR program. Often times, you still have to spend several hours tweaking the font info in the PRS or ALL files to get it to work correctly. I recently saw how Multimate scans a directory for fonts and will create their equivalent of a PRS file through their installation program. Is there some reason WPC has not developed this? Is it available through 3rd party software? If not, consider this a plea for someone to develop such a program.
