Eugene Fink asked for a Cyrillic alphabet for WordPerfect.

Our Russian translator uses Cornell Russian Support. When we bought it
a few years ago, it was $35 from the Russian Dictionary Project,
Department of Modern Languages & Linguistics, Morrill Hall, Cornell
University, Ithaca, NY 14853. It loads a Cyrillic font into suitable
video cards and printers (EGA, VGA, MCGA and certain Hercules cards, and
HPLJ II and several dot matrix printers were supported then). It also
remaps the keyboard for the AATSEEL Standard or Student layouts. Hot
keys switch between Russian and English characters. Both are
displayable and printable at the same time, but you lose the IBM
extended characters, which are replaced by Cyrillic.

It came with printer drivers for WP 4.2 and 5.0, but it could be used
with most any word processor or even at the DOS prompt. The fonts could
be better (and maybe they are by now). They tend to use lines one dot
wide. The codes for the Cyrillic characters are unrelated to WP's
Cyrillic character set (again, this may have been changed or a
translation program may be available now). But hey, what do you want
for 35 bucks?
