Just when I was getting ready to try one of the "incorporate-file-name"
or "put-path-and-file-name" macros, I checked into the features in
WP6.0.  There is an include file name or include path-filename feature
that will put the filename in the file wherever I want it.  And if I
should change the filename, that changed information will appear.
Drat!  I was really looking forward to using those macros, too.  NOT.
