FYI,

  Microsoft support has put its application notes online. The notes are info sheets
MSsupport faxes you when you have a problem, very useful.
 The BBS includes Mac/PC: Word, Excell, Works and other notes.

 IMPORTANT: It is not tech-support online, you can just download application notes
             you don't 'talk' to a tech-support person.
