This one is easy, you are using a different default font for you normal
style.

No. Why? There are two solutions. Change your default font in the normal style
of your copy of MSW 4.0 or (better) if you really like you normal style,copy
it to a new style, name it something like "my style" and save it as a default
style, *not based* on the normal style. Afterwards everytime you create anew
document it will have that default style, select it as the one used in your
file and MSW at school will use it when you print instead of the normal style.
