Help.

We have several offline mail clients that synch to exchange server
daily, our problem is that these clients will connect and sync folders
and sometimes on the next trip into Outlook 97, it will stop on
deleting items over 21 days old. Is this a profile issue,
configuration or what?? What can be done to save the existing client
that is experiencing this problem? ANYONE??
