My name's Evan and I'm a peace corps volunteer in Kenya.

I've heard that a lot of people are daunted by the prospect of
committing to 2 years of service and I wanted to let you and anyone
else you think might be interested know about a great opportunity to
volunteer for my NGO in Kenya for 3 months. The NGO is the East
African Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children. You can
learn about us at eastafricancenter.org. We are starting a company
called Come Kuona, which invites volunteers to come help in any of the
Center's many programs for the cost of housing, food, transport, and a
few other things ($1500 for 3 months). You can find out more through
the website I just built (comekuona.com. btw, come kuona is an
english/swahili hybrid that means "come and see"). Anyway, please
forward the info to anyone you think might be interested.

It's really a great NGO and an incredible place to be. I got really
lucky.
