_I18N_ JOURNAL
Only one week after the initial distribution of a "Call for Papers"
and a "Call for Products/Books to Review" for _I18N_, a journal of
the Association for the Internationalization of Computing Resources,
and we already have the following articles scheduled for the first
year's issues:
An extended review of Ken Lunde's new book _Understanding
Japanese Information Processing_ will be conducted by Chiaki
Ishikawa of Personal Media Corporation in Tokyo.
An extended review of Emmanuel Uren's new book _Software
Internationalization and Localization: An Introduction_ will
be conducted by Dave Schnepper, Internationalization Engineer
at Borland.
An extended review of Bill Tuthill's new book _Solaris
International Developer's Guide_, SunSoft Press, will be
conducted by a yet-to-be-determined reviewer.
In addition, several people have indicated that they will submit
papers for _I18N_.
There's still "free capacity" (as we say in the Czech Republic) for
additional papers and reviews.
